Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned hospital accounts and healthcare facilities.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to the needs of medical professionals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, pharmacists, and procurement teams through proactive account management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and terms to secure favorable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical support when needed.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in product demos, technical sales, and outside sales environments.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
