Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from recruiting to offer rollout
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower planning and role requirements:
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews:
Managing the HRMS Portal for employee onboarding and other related activities.
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination:
Support bulk hiring for retail stores, warehouse, factory, and head quarters.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Business Administration
Exposure to hiring for sales, retail, operations or corporate roles




Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
Have previously worked on the HRMS portal.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and meeting hiring timelines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹188,524.17 - ₹350,000.00 per year
