Team Coach / Team Leader Operations (RCM | US Shift | Pune)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams across RCM processes such as EBVB, Prior Auth.
Monitor and drive KPI performance:
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and present reports using Excel and PPT
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of end-to-end RCM experience:
At least 1+ year as Team Lead (on papers) OR 2+ years as Team Coach:
Robust knowledge of RCM processes and KPI management
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility to work in US shifts (Night)
