Key Responsibilities:
Case Handling & Resolution
Receive, log, and track cases (claims, service requests, escalations) in CRM/TPA systems.
Ensure accurate documentation of case details, actions taken, and resolution status.
Follow up with internal departments (medical, operations, finance) to expedite case closure.
Knowledge of GIPSA tariff & packages
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers, hospitals, or partners to gather required information.
Provide explicit updates on case progress and expected timelines.
Handle escalations empathetically and professionally.
Experience required:
Experience: +2years of experience in Hospital and TPA Industry
Qualification:Graduation & Health insurance or TPA industry is mandatory
MS office knowledge is mandatory
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
