Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture on patients using appropriate techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
Verify patient identities and accurately label blood samples to prevent errors in processing.
Follow established protocols and procedures for collecting, handling, and transporting specimens to the laboratory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
Educate patients about the phlebotomy process, including any necessary preparations or precautions.
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner, providing explicit explanations as needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
