Role Overview

This role owns client relationships and commercial accountability for a portfolio of accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client CFOs, CMOs, and key decision-makers, while carrying renewal responsibility for the accounts you manage.

This is a client-facing ownership role focused on retention, commercial judgment, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). You will not own platform execution or P&L; responsibilities (handled by internal strategy leadership), but you will own the client relationship, scope and pricing discussions within approved bands, and overall communication of work and outcomes to the client.

Key Responsibilities1.



Client Relationship Management
Own day-to-day relationships across multiple accounts, including SaaS, brand-and-lead generation, and Tier-2 accounts
Act as the first escalation point when client issues arise
Independently run quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Manage stakeholder relationships across marketing, finance, growth, and technical teams
Commercial Accountability
Handle scope change discussions within approved pricing bands
Address pricing objections and feature-related requests
Recommend pricing revisions to leadership for approval
Communicate approved commercial terms to clients
Retention & Renewal Ownership
Own renewal outcomes for key accounts
Identify churn-risk signals early and escalate proactively
Build QBR narratives aligned with renewal objectives
Maintain an active churn-risk tracking process for leadership review
