Essential Job Functions:
Develop applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API
Build cloud‐native solutions leveraging Azure App Services, Functions, APIM, Key Vault, Storage
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Apply AI techniques and tools (Copilot, AI‐driven testing, AI‐assisted design/documentation)
Integrate with Azure SQL, optimize queries, and use EF Core
Ensure secure coding practices using Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities
Configure observability using App Insights for monitoring and alerting




Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Secure environment

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer supporting enterprise applications and integrations built on Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
Robust hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and REST APIs.
Practical experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage (Blob and Tables).
Experience in application support and monitoring, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and SLA Management.
Robust understanding of DevOps and release management, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, YAML pipelines, and release deployments.
Hands-on experience with Git, Azure Repos, and GitHub for source and version control.
