We are looking for an Accountant with solid knowledge of Tally, GST, E-way bill, TDS, and Bookkeeping to join The Mansion World.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Management:
Perform comprehensive bookkeeping and prepare accounting vouchers (sales, purchase, etc.) using Tally Prime.
Generate and manage e-way bills and e-invoicing processes.
Perform detailed reconciliations of bank, credit card, and e-commerce payment gateway accounts (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to ensure accuracy between sales channels and general ledger.
Manage and track the stock journal within Tally.

Export Documentation & Compliance:
Manage all aspects of Export documentation, including preparation, verification, and submission of necessary paperwork (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant international trade and regulatory requirements for exports.
Coordination with the bank for document submission.
Manage necessary required licenses.

Sales & Vendor Coordination:




Create quotations and manage the full sales lifecycle from replying to client queries, handling necessary documentation, and coordinating until final payment receipt.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), and coordinate with vendors regarding account status, payment, and logistics-related information.

Human Resources & People Operations:
Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate monthly payroll processing, including TDS and PF/ESI compliance where applicable.
Facilitate the documentation process for recent hires, issuing offer letters, and setting up employee files.
Monitor and track employee leave balances and act as the primary point of contact for basic internal HR queries.

Administrative & E-commerce Support:
Perform various administrative duties as required, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic financial files, scheduling relevant financial meetings
