Job Purpose

The incumbent shall be responsible to drive the marketing related initiatives in the assigned area and maximize the visibility of the products in the market.

Primary Roles & Accountabilities
Handling the core marketing BTL activity of assigned Area.
Handling Recent Product Launch with the help of Display, POSM like Banner, Posters, Table Stand etc.
Development of Sales team through data/workshops.
Help the sales team with the Execution.
Assisting sales team every months in EDGE Score done by Nelson Company.
Help sales team in achieving their day to day target of CFA & Distributor and help PSR into enroll recent Outlet to increase their sales.
Keep an eye on Competitor recent launch and Scheme driven by them in the territory like LRB, CSD.Data update and analysis for the unit.Qualification and Work experience

Work Experience:2 years experience preferred in relevant industry

Graduation: Any regular graduate.
