Job Responsibility

Stakeholder Management
Provide updates of the project and provide assistance in the project plan to Team Leader
Understand and document requirements.

Service Management
Participate in planning resources, project schedule, and release schedule.
Responsible for developing/maintaining software and assisting in planning high-level architecture

Service Tracking
Ensure adherence to software requirements including client security and compliance needs
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure adherence to defined processes (like creating JIRA issues, git, creating knowledge articles/blogs)
Ensure schedule adherence for release requests and notify stakeholders in case of deviations

People Management
Continually assess skill level and provide intervention assistance.




Provide inputs for learning plans.
Provide inputs for appraisal rating, promotion recommendations and rewards and recognition.
Evaluate candidates during the lateral hiring process.

Technical Skills
Mandatory knowledge of Core PHP and Mysql
Hands on Wordpress, Magento, Joomla and other CMS, frameworks like Laravel, CakePHP
Expert in logical API and third party integration
Valuable knowledge in CSS, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, XML
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
Experience with GIT
Experience with Server Management (Linux)
Experience with Web Servers (Apache, Nginx
