We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Institutional Sales Executive to handle quotations, customer follow-ups, and order conversion for our academic book distribution and publishing business.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and price offers to customers.
Follow up with colleges, universities, libraries, research institutions, and other customers regarding submitted quotations.
Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders.
Send book catalogues, title lists, and product information to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets through effective follow-up and customer engagement.

Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in English,, and Tamil languages.
Robust customer service and relationship management skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
