Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hearing evaluations and basic audiological assessments
Understand patient hearing requirements and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions
Perform hearing aid trials, fittings, programming, and fine-tuning
Counsel patients and family members regarding hearing loss and hearing aid usage
Handle follow-ups, after-sales service coordination, and patient satisfaction
Maintain patient records and audiological documentation
Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient management
Stay updated with latest hearing aid technologies and products
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
DHLS (Diploma in Hearing Language & Speech)
OR
Valuable communication and counselling skills
Patient-handling ability and empathetic approach
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn new hearing aid technologies
Ability to work in a team-oriented workplace
Experience in hearing aid fitting and counselling will be preferred
Freshers with good technical and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
