Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs
Assist doctors during procedures and rounds
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Administer medications as prescribed
Ensure infection control and safety protocols
Handle emergency situations efficiently
Provide emotional support to patients and families
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration
Minimum 1 year experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills:
ICU / OT / Labour Room experience is an advantage
Strong teamwork and patient care attitude
Basic computer knowledge
