Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair company equipment at client sites.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Maintain service reports and documentation for all assignments.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical assistance.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in servicing or maintenance roles.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling abilities.




Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting purposes.

Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience working with operations of Data Center, Hospital, Facility Management company, Manufacturing Company.
Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation
As per company standards (based on experience and qualifications).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
