Compliance Executive with 2+ years of experience in Company Secretarial compliances and ROC filings required for a reputed e-commerce brand based at Charni Road (nearby station), Mumbai

JD:
Handling ROC filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, and other MCA compliances
Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, annual filing documentation, compliance records, and minutes books as per Companies Act requirements.
Coordinating with PCS, consultants, auditors, RTA agencies, and regulatory authorities for timely completion of annual filings, certifications, shareholder-related activities, and statutory compliances
Assisting in board meeting coordination, drafting resolutions, notices, agendas,



and maintaining corporate documentation and shareholding records
Managing follow-ups for ROC approvals, resubmissions, compliance clarifications
Ensuring all filings are completed within prescribed due dates

Salary up to Rs 35,000 per month (can be increased slightly)

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
