What you’ll do
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store and maintain high standards of customer service.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and enhance customer knowledge.
Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
Implement effective merchandising strategies that highlight promotions and drive sales.
Manage inventory through stocking and organization, ensuring products are readily available for customers.




Handle cash transactions with precision while maintaining accurate records of cash handling activities.
Train and mentor team members on phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and retail math to boost overall performance.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

Basic qualifications
Proven experience in supervising retail teams or similar environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Preferred qualifications
Experience in grocery store settings or retail sales environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
Knowledge of merchandising best practices to enhance product visibility.
