The employee must know 5s, 4m, 3s, Andon Board functioning, FIFO.

Communication: Must know English. If you know Hindi it will help you get preferred.

The person must know how to use Microsoft Office and how to work a computer.

The person must have a undergraduate degree preferably from an engineering college.

The person must have a reference whom we can speak to understand your previous employment.
