Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Growth Associate Interns to support business development, client outreach, lead generation, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
lead generation and business outreach activities
Support business growth and client acquisition initiatives
Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and reports using Excel/CRM tools
preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and business expansion campaigns
Conduct basic market research and identify new business prospects
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident speaking and client coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet research, and online communication tools
Interest in business development,
sales, and growth strategy
Eligibility:
Freshers, undergraduate students, and recent graduates can apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
