Key Responsibility

The Project Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a team of project engineers to

ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project execution. The role requires technical

expertise, leadership, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to

drive project success. Specialised in Pipe fitting projects.
Must be experienced in piping work (MS/GI).
Has to supervise the fabrication team and achieve the target.
Lead and mentor the team of Project Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and raise red flags proactively to mitigate project risks and delays.




Provide technical support and guidance during project execution to resolve in office

challenges.
Participate in the finalisation and sourcing of subcontractors in coordination with the

procurement and sourcing teams.
Monitor and review the progress of sites during execution to ensure adherence to

design, quality, and schedule.
Conduct regular site visits and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and

address technical concerns.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth project delivery and

compliance with company standards.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
