Role Description
The Chief Security Office (CSO) comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for Deutsche Bank.
Deutsche Bank is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of solution across the Insider Risk Management (IRM) and Ops tools. This is a strategic role focussed on shaping the strategy, ensuring thread-secure, scalable, and centralised model implementations that support our wider technological goals. The role is responsible for designing, governing, and operationalising a compliant, risk‑based insider‑risk capability that integrates people, process, and technology—while balancing security effectiveness with employee privacy and regulatory obligations.

Your key responsibilities
Understands the organisation’s specific security requirements and risk landscape to determine the appropriate IRM solution integrations and the required configuration.
Defining the overall technical and functional architecture of the insider risk capability, covering detection, monitoring, investigation, and integration with the wider security ecosystem.
Responsible for providing technical leadership during design and implementation, focussing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
