Leading and Managing R&D; Team and its related activities
Solid Technological background with in-depth Knowledge of Instrument Transformer, Bushings and Coils
In depth Process knowledge of Current Product Development, Value Engg, MIS & SAP

Knowledge acquired in B.E. Electrical, M.Tech or M.E. preferably

Technical Skills:
High Voltage Engineering,



Electrostatic & Electromagnetic Design
Working knowledge of SAP, Quality Management System

Key Skills:
English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders
Pronounced Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving Technical Query
Proactive mindset and approach to serve internal and external customers
Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win
Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team
Time management and Prioritization Skills
Readiness to dig deep into techno-commercial topics.
