Project Manager - Civil Construction Federal Constructions | Kochi, Kerala | Full time

Federal Constructions is seeking an experienced (15+ years) Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and institutional building projects across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from planning to handover.
Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
Ensure timely completion within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, resource planning, and project reporting.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues.
RequirementsB.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction, including project management.
Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
