Job Summary

The Inside sales Associate is responsible for managing premium customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term premium customer relationships. The role involves handling premium customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experience, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone call.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.




Schedule appointments and coordinate with stores or service centres.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
