Brief about the position
We are looking for a Dy Manager Training - EV (Electrical and Electronics)to coordinate and oversee our organization’s Training operations. The role is mainly to EV Training at various ITI at specified location. The specific duties include tracking and Implementing Trainings at ground level. The Employee should be ready to mentor team members/Students & find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Trustworthy to help us remain compliant, productive and profitable during the job period.

Batch Formation (Documentation)
Class Attendance
Timely Batch Finish
Internal Assessment
Placement Support
Arrange expert lectures and industry visits




Timely Reports Submission
Participate and counter in audit by customer/quality representatives
Learn and ensure all Data is entered in Company Software/Zoho
Skills
Knowledge of EV Stream (Content and Delivery)
Knowledge of MS Office will be advantage

Reporting to Project Manager
Work Location
Head Office, Vikhroli, Lucknow, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad and chennai
Salary
2.5 L to 3.5 Lacs
