Business Development Intern - Recruitment & Client Partnerships

Location: Model Town, Delhi (WFO)
Internship Duration: 3 months
Stipend:upto ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who wants more than a traditional internship.

This prospect offers direct exposure to business development, recruitment consulting, and client coordination across multiple industries. You will work closely with leadership and gain hands-on experience in how hiring partnerships are built and managed.

What You’ll Do
Support client acquisition and business development activities
Research and connect with companies across different industries
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and external stakeholders
Understand hiring requirements and support requirement gathering
Assist in relationship management and follow-ups
Track outreach, meetings, and business opportunities
