Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including generating leads, prospecting, and securing new clients.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts,



pipeline status, and client feedback.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and close sales deals.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate recent business leads and opportunities in international markets through market research, networking, and industry events.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of sales experience in the chemical industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
