Job Overview

Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
Communicate with customers in Hindi, Tamil, and basic English
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide support
Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and services
Coordinate with the sales and support teams
Update customer interaction details in CRM/software
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports

Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability
Ability to manage customer conversations professionally
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
