HandysCompany is hiring experienced and results-driven Area Managers to support its expanding home services network. If you have experience in team management, business development, and operational leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage business operations and service activities within the assigned area.
Lead and supervise a team of Field Coordinators, Sales Executives, and Technicians.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Identify recent customers and business development opportunities.
Evaluate team performance and provide necessary training and guidance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Eligibility
Experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, or Team Management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.




Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills are required.
Experience in Home Services, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, or Retail sectors will be an added advantage.
