Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all company operations within the assigned city.
Lead and supervise Sales, Field Operations, Customer Support, and Service Teams.
Achieve business growth, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop local business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
Provide regular performance reports and business updates to management.
Strengthen the company’s brand presence and market expansion within the city.

Eligibility
Experience in Operations, Sales, Business Development, or Team Management.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.




Experience in managing multiple teams and achieving performance targets is preferred.
Experience in Home Services, E-commerce, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, or Startup sectors will be an added advantage.
