Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.

Data Analytics & Reporting
Collect, organize, and analyze sales and customer data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain accurate records in Excel and CRM software.
Monitor sales performance and identify business trends.
Support management with data-driven reports and recommendations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and business documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain proper documentation and company records.

Customer Relationship Management
Build strong customer relationships through timely communication.




Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
Customer relationship management and problem-solving ability.
Sales negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
