Matchworkers International is a 26 years established recruitment and immigration consultancy specializing in workforce solutions across the European markets. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid background in hospitality sector to support our expanding client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Screen and evaluate CVs based on employer requirements and job specifications.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews for hospitality positions.
Assess communication skills, customer service orientation, grooming standards, professionalism, and overall suitability.
Prepare detailed interview evaluation reports with selection or rejection recommendations.
Coordinate with recruitment agents and sourcing partners to meet client manpower requirements.
Ensure recruitment targets and client deadlines are achieved efficiently.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within hospitality recruitment, manpower supply, staffing, or recruitment agency environments.




Proven track record in hospitality hiring.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, F&B;, housekeeping, front office, engineering, and guest services functions.
Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with overseas recruitment, manpower supply, immigration, or agency recruitment is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
