Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, courteous, and productive service to guests.
Receive and accurately process guest orders while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages as per company standards and ensure order accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and table setups.
Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing procedures.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock and supply requirements.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and comply with food safety standards and regulations.
Assist with restaurant operations, including seating arrangements and service flow management.
Support bar operations and room service activities when required.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and as part of a team.
