We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our vessel fabrication shop.

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) - Mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing industry
Experience in supervising both skilled and unskilled laborers
Valuable knowledge of welding processes and fabrication activities
Ability to plan, monitor, and coordinate shop floor operations
Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities
Manage workforce allocation and productivity
Monitor quality and safety compliance
Coordinate with production and management teams
Maintain daily production reports and records
Ensure materials and resources are utilized efficiently

Experience: Minimum 5 years (required)

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
