Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth Revenue:
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive the achievement of sales targets within the assigned area by developing and executing area-specific sales plans.
Market Expansion: Identify and develop current business opportunities to expand the market reach, including acquiring current customers and increasing market share.
Promotional Campaigns: Implement promotional and marketing activities, working closely with marketing teams and retailers to ensure visibility and product promotion.
Pricing & Negotiation: Ensure competitive pricing strategies and effectively negotiate contracts to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
Team Leadership & Management:
Team Supervision: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Training & Development: Train, coach, and develop sales team members to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate team performance and provide feedback, coaching,



and performance improvement plans where necessary.
Distributor & Retailer Management:
Distributor Management: Oversee distributor relationships, ensuring they are meeting sales targets, adhering to agreements, and delivering in terms of inventory and delivery timelines & Ensure the DB inventory should be kept as per AK quality standards.
Retail Relationship Management: Develop solid relationships with key retailers and customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and the company’s products are well represented. Mandate to meet all key accounts/retailers/category persons monthly once to discuss business review & JBP for next 3 months.

Sales Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with distributors and retailers to create accurate sales forecasts and inventory management plans.
