Key Responsibilities:
Review and shortlist CVs based on Client requirements and job specifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain an active talent pipeline for ongoing and future construction projects.

Requirements:
Ø Experience in Construction industry with Technical Knowledge in Recruitment.

Ø Robust understanding of construction terminology, project environments, and engineering disciplines.

Ø Ability to evaluate technical qualifications and project experience.

Ø Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ø Experience working in a recruitment agency environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Recent Delhi, Delhi
