Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates for student enrollments.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for campaign optimization.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize performance and reduce acquisition costs.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve landing pages and ad creatives.
Track campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills:




Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of Lead Generation, Funnel Optimization, and Conversion Tracking.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Solid analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in Education or EdTech industry is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
