We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, expand our client footprint, and drive B2B partnerships through active on-field engagement.

Position Summary
Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive:

Location: Work from Office (with daily local field travel):

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients, scheduling and conducting face-to-face meetings daily.:
On-Field Pitching & Demos: Meet with prospective clients (such as business owners, partners, or healthcare providers/clients depending on vertical) to present Next99’s solutions and close deals.:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.:




Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold-outreach and initial pitch to negotiation and closure.:
Daily Reporting: Sync with the office team daily to update lead status, sales pipeline, and local market feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in direct B2B sales, corporate sales, or field sales.:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to pitch complex ideas clearly.:
Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling objections, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.:
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily local travel.:
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic CRM tools to log and track your field activities.
