Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects for software and IT services.
Sell HRMS Software, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Enterprise Solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Handle the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and business presentations.
Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams.
Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
