Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained
Prepare and maintain quality reports and inspection records
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Develop and maintain MSA, Control Plans, and PPAP documentation
Utilize 8QC tools to identify and resolve quality issues
Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams to improve product quality
Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing industry
