Profile Summary:
The main responsibility of the Order Reconciliation Team Lead is to ensure quality and timely results in accordance with the department’s KPIs, through the teams they manage. To achieve the targets set by the department, the Team Lead must inspire and motivate team members,establish high-performance standards, acknowledge and validate team members' efforts and contributions, and ensure effective interaction among team members.



It is also significant to ensure a trusting and respectful work environment.

A successful Team lead needs to lead in alignment with company values, distribute information to all layers and steer the team into the right direction. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the team.

This role requires a person with advanced knowledge of designated workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers.
