Key Responsibilities
Assemble products and components as per instructions and quality standards.
Operate basic assembly tools and equipment.
Check products for defects and ensure proper finishing.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace.
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities when required.
Follow supervisor instructions and production targets.
Report any machine or material issues to the supervisor.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of assembly or manufacturing work.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Valuable learning attitude and discipline.
Basic communication skills.
Physically fit for factory operations.
Preferred Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in assembly line work will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions
Rotational shifts may be applicable.
Factory floor working setting.
