Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager - Business Development (Sales & International Client Relations) to drive business growth across international markets, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify, qualify, and pursue recent business opportunities across international markets.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, and outbound outreach.
Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
Present company services and value propositions effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop customized commercial proposals, presentations, and solution offerings.
Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Lead Management & Conversion
Manage the complete lead-to-conversion process.




Track prospects through various sales stages and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal departments to prepare estimates, project scopes, and proposals.
Ensure timely follow-ups and effective prospect management.
Convert qualified opportunities into successful projects and long-term engagements.

International Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients across the US, UK, and Australia.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts when required from the Business Unit managers

Market Research & Strategy
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Develop market penetration strategies for targeted geographies.
Participate in online international networking events, webinars, exhibitions, and business forums.
