We are hiring a Branch Sales Manager for a leading Housing Finance company, based in Ahmedabad. This is a sales-driven role focused on Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business sourced through the DSA channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Home Loan and LAP sales through DSA/channel partners
Lead, manage, and mentor a branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and strengthen relationships with DSA partners for consistent business sourcing
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth login-to-disbursement processing
Monitor branch-level sales performance and identify opportunities for market penetration
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Age up to 40 years
Proven experience in Home Loan and LAP sales through the DSA channel
Mandatory experience in leading and managing a sales team
Solid understanding of the Ahmedabad local market
Positive communication and relationship-management skills
