Key Responsibilities:
Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and class activities.
Explain concepts clearly using examples, maps, charts, and current affairs.
Encourage students to participate in discussions and improve analytical thinking.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
Check notebooks, homework, classwork, and answer scripts regularly.
Support weak students with extra guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
Complete syllabus on time and conduct revision before examinations.
Participate actively in school programs, meetings, and academic activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or related field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred.
Robust communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to make learning interactive and compelling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience:
Previous teaching experience in schools or coaching institutes will be preferred.
