Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards.
Greet customers, take orders, and process billing through the POS system.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Keep coffee machines, equipment, and workstations clean and well-maintained.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Restock ingredients and café supplies as required.
Handle customer queries and ensure a outstanding customer experience.
Support the team in smooth day-to-day café operations.
Requirements:
10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
