We are looking for a high-performing industrial Factory Administrator in Plant & Operations to act as liaison manager between the labour force and management. You will be responsible for Daily Plant Activities like discipline, Work Allotment, hiring and laying off employees, planning personnel needs, labour management, Plant complete reports analysis on a daily basis and problem resolving. You will also need to evaluate performances, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees as well as management at every level.

7 to 10 years of experience in Administration in Complete Plant Operations in a manufacturing environment

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
