1. Subscription Generation:_

Achieve a minimum of 8 recent subscriptions daily._

Effectively communicate the value proposition of TopWorker's products and services to potential customers._

Utilize various sales techniques, including door-to-door sales and cold calling, to acquire new subscribers._
2. Affiliate Marketing Agent Recruitment:_

Recruit and train a minimum of 5 Affiliate Marketing Agents monthly._

Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the success of recruited agents._

Foster strong relationships with agents to encourage long-term partnerships._
3. Sales Targets:_

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by TopWorker._

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals._
4. Customer Relationship Management:_

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents._

Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally._
5. Reporting:_

Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, subscriptions, and agent recruitment to the sales manager._

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a subscription-based or affiliate marketing industry._
