Key Responsibilities_
Software Training & Onboarding_




Conduct structured training sessions for corporate clients and car rental vendors post onboarding on the Fleetoz platform
Train internal teams including operations, billing, supply, and account management
Ensure all users clearly understand system workflows, features, and day-to-day usage
Customize training sessions based on client operations and use cases
Product Demonstration Support_
Conduct software demonstrations for prospective and existing clients
Explain Fleetoz features such as:
Trip management
Vendor management
Driver management
Billing & invoicing
MIS & reporting dashboards
Translate technical features into easy, business-focused advantages
Implementation & Adoption_
Lead end-to-end implementation of Fleetoz for current clients and vendors
Ensure smooth onboarding, account setup, and system configuration
Monitor user adoption and platform usage regularly
