Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction for complex, mission‑critical software initiatives aligned to business goals and platform standards.
Actively participate in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews, maintaining high engineering quality and performance standards.
Guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.

People Management & Coaching
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers,



fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support career development through regular feedback, performance management, and coaching.

Delivery & Execution
Own execution of projects end‑to‑end, including planning, estimation, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and other Engineering teams to deliver on commitments.
Ensure predictable delivery while balancing technical excellence and business timelines.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Team Collaboration
Coordinate across global teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve technical or delivery risks.
Communicate clearly on progress, trade‑offs, and technical decisions with engineering and non‑engineering partners.
