Job Role

Responsibilities
Generate hiring partnerships with BPO & BFSI companies
Build contacts with banks and financial institutions
Coordinate with HR teams for hiring requirements
Help place BFSI trainees into companies
Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management
Maintain professional corporate communication

Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Solid networking and client-handling skills
Basic knowledge of BPO/BFSI sector
Graduation preferred
